It is possible you receive this mail more than once, because I do more than one company at your service. A lot is happening because of the coronaviruscrisis. Last Friday one element became clear. You, as entrepreneur, can ask yourself for a postponement of payment of taxes.

At this blog you find a template to send to the tax office. Fill the form with as much information you have available. If you have received already a tax letter, make a copy of it and send it with this request letter to the tax office:

Two other matters are not yet completely clear. That are the bbz (bijzonder bijstand zelfstandigen, special support small business entrepreneurs) and “compensqatieregeleing getroffen sectoren” (compensation regulation affected business sectors).

The first, the bbz, you can ask yourself at the municipality. This difference by every municipality. So I can’t really help you with this matter. This support is said by the politicians to be a gift. I read this at this moment as a loan. My advice is if you really need the bbz, then start the procedure. If you can wait, wait and demand for it as all is clear.

The second, the compensation regulation, is announced, but there is nothing know about it right now.

At last if your company had to close by the government you are entitled to all compensations. If you choose yourself to close, you are not automatically entitled to compensations.

Op de site van de belastingdienst heb ik begrepen dat ik uitstel van het betalen van belastingen kan krijgen. Met dit schrijven wil ik gebruik maken van deze faciliteit voor de duur van tenminste 3 maanden beginnende per direct.

Mijn bedrijf ligt met de uitbraak van de crisis zo goed als stil. Een aantal opdrachten is aan het beginvan de crisis nog afgemaakt. Daarna zijn een aantal opdrachten/werkzaamheden teruggetrokken of gestaakt. Tot slot er komen op dit moment geen nieuwe opdrachten/werkzaamheden bij. De telefoon ligt momenteel stil en wordt de agenda niet meer gevuld met opdrachten/werkzaamheden.
